Black Moshannon Lodge Vacation Rental Rates:

Nightly Rate: $139 per night Sunday through Thursday (except holiday weekends)

$179 per night Friday, Saturday, as well as 3 day holiday weekends

2 night minimum.  Check In Time: 3pm Check Out: 1pm

2013 Penn State Football Games: $700 for the weekend, includes flexible check-in and check-out times

2013 Graduation Weekend (May 3 & May 4th): $800 for the weekend

Summer Weeks: $700/week Friday to Friday from  June 14 to August 15, 20113. If a week is not rented four weeks prior to the date, we will rent the lodge at a 2 night minimum at $179 per night.

***Once the reservation is placed, your credit card is charged the full amount of the rental within 24 hours***

Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Fee:

Tenant and Landlord have the right to cancel this Lease at any point before the start date.

(1) If Tenant cancels the Lease, Tenant will lose 100% of the lease amount. Tenant agrees to have no right to receive a refund of the lease amount. If Tenant cancels this Lease, Tenant agrees to allow Landlord to find a replacement tenant for the cancelled lease period. If Landlord finds a replacement tenant, Landlord agrees to return Tenant’s security deposit less a $50.00 service fee.

(2) If Landlord cancels the Lease, Tenant agrees that Landlord must only return the amount of money, both rent and security deposit, paid in-advance to the Landlord by Tenant.
